stunning layout with very tasteful Florida characteristic white furniture.. two full bathrooms in the same room. nice! refrigerator in the room and coffee.. love the warning: "$1,500 CLEANING FEE IF WE CATCH YOU COOKING IN THE ROOM" 😀

It is the third time that I have stayed at the hotel, and the first time that I have an inconvenience unfortunately; (I am still as a guest at the hotel in case there are doubts about my reservation room 518 ) The valet parking staff was too disrespectful tonight, so much so that he threatened to call the police if we did not move the car because according to him I could not park the car that we had already checked in when checking in the night before. It was extremely rude, I don't know how they have staff like that working with costumer service. It is disappointing because we like the hotel, the location is excellent, but it is unacceptable that as guests an employee treats us that way.

Nice hotel! My ONLY complaint which gives it a 2 star is the fact that I was owed a refund due to a reservation error. I was refunded what was owed and in a few days it came back on my card. 2 weeks later the hotel charges me for the refund taking it back. I have been trying to call and speak to someone, but keep getting transferred or my information taking with promises someone will respond back to me. Well guess what..still no response, and still no explanation as to why they charged me $205.25 two weeks later as if I was not going to notice. I NEED A CALL BACK FROM THE MANAGER! This is horrible customer service.
